Through your booking / ordering of products, you become a customer of Leopold Bed & Breakfast. The customer register contains the contact information that you have chosen to provide and information about your order. The personal data is used for administration of the services / delivery, information, marketing of Leopold Bed & Breakfast and for certain statistics, evaluation and quality assurance work.
We protect your privacy and comply at all times with applicable legislation aimed at protecting you as an individual. Leopold Bed & Breakfast uses personal information to:
- Process your bookings and orders and administer the Services.
- Contact you via e.g. e-mail or text message and to announce your booking status or information related to your booking before, during and after your stay,
- Diagnose errors and be able to contact you in case of problems with a booking or the performance of the Services,

Mailing information:
Leopold Bed & Breakfast uses e-mail and text messages in our communication to you as a customer and may send out information to you before and during your stay. It can e.g. be booking confirmation, important information prior to your stay. This is sent to the e-mail or mobile number you provided when booking.
Your information may be handled by a so-called personal data assistant who is helpful in communicating with you. This personal data assistant will then only process the data in accordance with the purposes for which your personal data was collected for, for example, marketing via e-mail or text message. Your information can also be shared with our partners so that they can carry out an assignment for Leopold Bed & Breakfast.
Leopold Bed & Breakfast may disclose Personal Information to third parties, such as e.g. police or other authority, if it concerns the investigation of crime or if Leopold Bed & Breakfast is obliged to disclose such information on the basis of law or government decision.
When booking via booking channel:
When you book through our booking service (Sirvoy), you provide your personal information to them. These personal data are responsible for and handled by each actor in accordance with their personal data policy.
When a booking is made through Sirvoy, they send certain personal information to the hotel to confirm that the booking has been made.
Storage of personal data:
Leopold Bed & Breakfast will retain your information for as long as you are a customer of the company, and for another 6 months for the above purposes. Thereafter, they will be saved for various legal requirements, such as the Accounting Act. When that time has passed, your personal information will be deleted.
The processing of your personal data in the Leopold Bed & Breakfast customer database takes place with the support of the order agreement, legal obligations and legitimate interest. When it comes to legitimate interest, we use your information, for example, to adapt our communication to you based on your purchases.
The person responsible for personal data for the processing of personal data is Enernet AB. You have the right to receive information about what personal information is about you in Leopold Bed & Breakfast's operations.
